A healthy internal environment in office buildings has a number of positive effects on both the employee and the employer. Optimizing the internal environment primarily reduces staff costs and it brings more comfortable and healthier enviroment that leads to less sick days, higher performance and greater employee satisfaction and loyalty.
The seminar's program offers a unique insight into the topic of a healthy internal environment and its benefits as a whole. The seminar focuses on the theme of acoustics and active design, including the optimal layout of the work environment. Carefully selected lecturers will introduce what the right acoustic quality means and how the office should look to create an active, healthy environment where it will work better.
During the seminar, you will have the unique oppportunity to attend the commented tours around the Red Hat Czech offices in Brno, which are an example of good practice. Offices provide Work Your Way workstations, 70 different work areas including telephone boxes and a library with a fireplace and other innovative features. Of course, the staff can use the fitness and relaxation areas. Colliers Intenational acted as the leasing advisor and project / cost manager for the fit-out of the 4,000-square-metre Red Hat facility.
