The HB Reavis Group currently owns and manages assets - office business centers, modern shopping malls and logistics centers - valued at €830 million. The standing portfolio is 459,000 m2 of gross leasable area (GLA) with an extensive pipeline portfolio in three countries. A total of some 134,000 m2 of GLA is under construction and will come into operation by the end of 2012. Additional projects with 783,000 m2 of GLA are at planning and permit stage.
