Mariusz Krzak is a new head of Skanska’s commercial development unit in the Czech Republic

Mariusz Krzak has over 20 years of experience in real estate and construction industries. His role in Skanska has now become international due to the extension of his duties to the Czech Republic market. He joined the company in 2010 as a Project Manager. Since March 2014, as Regional Director for Skanska office business in Poland, he was responsible for the development of office building investments and the unit’s business strategies in Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan and Katowice. In February 2020 he took the position of Executive Vice President Operations Poland and Senior Leadership Team member at Skanska commercial development business unit for Central and Eastern Europe.

I look forward to facing current changes happening on the office market and first and foremost to developing projects in line with what our Prague customers need,” said Mariusz Krzak.

Tomáš Fabian, Executive Vice President Legal Counsel, was temporarily leading Skanska’s commercial development business unit in the Czech Republic.

I would also like to welcome Mariusz in his new role. At the same time, Aurelia Luca, Executive Vice President of Operations Romania, is also expanding her area of responsibility taking over the Hungarian market as well.

Skanska’s commercial development business unit in Central and Eastern Europe operates on 10 city markets in four countries: Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Romania.
