Don't miss the all-day Green Walk - Green Talk: Brownfield Revitalization in Brno, organized by CPI PG and CTP Invest. We'll start the tour in the emerging district of Nová Zbrojovka, then move on to the multifunctional complex Ponávka, and visit the Vlněna Office Park. The event will conclude with a discussion at the Clubco coworking space with public officials in attendance.

Nová Zbrojovka is a newly emerging district in the Židenice area of Brno - modern, connected, sustainable, and vibrant. The CPI PG project involves the revitalization of the largest brownfield in Brno, covering 22.5 hectares at the site of the former Zbrojovka, a legendary firearms factory.
Ponávka Multifunctional Complex: The former industrial area of Ponávka in Brno is now a thing of the past. The former starch factories area has undergone significant changes, transforming the neglected area into a modern neighborhood with residential, commercial, office spaces, and a relaxation zone. The first residential building in the Czech Republic boasting the prestigious WELL certification is located here.
Vlněna Office Park: Created by the conversion of a brownfield consisting of a cluster of factories and office buildings originally used in textile production. Currently, it is a multifunctional office, commercial, and lifestyle campus. It utilizes carbon-neutral materials and unique building facades designed to minimize energy consumption in line with the latest sustainability and technology trends.
Both the Ponávka and Vlněna projects are realized by CTP Invest.
